About Summer

Summer is a beautiful 13-year-old buckskin gaited mare standing 15.1 hands. She is exceptionally broke, gentle, and dependable, making her a pleasure to ride and handle. Summer neck reins with ease, backs willingly, and stands patiently when asked to whoa. She is extremely smooth-gaited and can comfortably cover miles on the trail while also slowing down to ride quietly with other horses. She is traffic-safe and accustomed to cars, semis, busy roads, and town commotion. Summer confidently crosses water, downfall, bridges, and other trail obstacles. She has also been enjoyed on overnight camping trips and handles new environments with a calm, steady attitude. She is easy to catch, easy to saddle, stands quietly tied, and remains consistent whether ridden regularly or after time off.
